The four round electrodes are made from reusable conductive rubber and must be used with contact gel.<\/p>\n
The gel helps establish consistent contact between the electrode and the dog\u2019s skin. Depending on the coat and treatment location, it may be possible to use the electrodes without completely shaving the dog.<\/p>\n
Separate the fur carefully, hydrate the skin as directed and apply enough conductive gel to establish uniform contact. Poor contact may produce inconsistent stimulation or skin irritation.<\/p>\n
The electrodes can be washed with water and reused when maintained according to the manufacturer\u2019s instructions.<\/p>\n
