Flexible support for the canine wrist<\/h3>\n

The Carpal Wrap for Dogs by Ortocanis<\/strong> is a flexible joint support designed to wrap around the carpus, or wrist, of one front leg. Its soft neoprene construction provides gentle compression and support while allowing the dog to retain movement in the joint.<\/p>\n

Unlike a rigid carpal splint, this wrap does not contain hard stays or an immobilizing shell. Its purpose is to support the joint and help limit excessive movement without completely blocking the wrist.<\/p>\n

The Carpal Wrap is sold individually and can be used on either the right or left front leg.<\/p>\n

Resistant 2 mm neoprene<\/h3>\n

The wrap is manufactured from 2 mm thick, highly resistant dynamic neoprene. This material adapts around the dog\u2019s wrist and provides even contact over the supported area.<\/p>\n

A soft plush interior improves comfort and provides additional thermal insulation. The warmth retained around the area may be helpful during veterinarian-supervised activity or rehabilitation.<\/p>\n

      How to measure the carpus<\/h3>\n

      Use a flexible sewing tape to measure the complete circumference of the front leg at the height of the carpus. The wrist is located immediately above the front paw.<\/p>\n

      Take the measurement while the dog is standing naturally whenever possible. The measuring tape should touch the fur without compressing the leg.<\/p>\n

        If the measurement falls between two sizes, Ortocanis recommends selecting the larger size<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        Always select the size according to the measured circumference rather than the dog\u2019s breed or approximate weight.<\/p>\n

        How to put on the wrap<\/h3>\n

        Open and separate the hook-and-loop fasteners before placing the product. Position the wrap around the front leg directly above the paw, at the level of the carpal joint.<\/p>\n

        Gently stretch the neoprene while wrapping it around the leg. This helps distribute pressure evenly over the entire surface.<\/p>\n

        Fasten the closure so the support remains stable without restricting circulation. The edges should lie flat against the leg and should not fold inward.<\/p>\n

        Allow the dog to take several supervised steps. Confirm that:<\/p>\n
